Our Warrantee System
Simple, Irrigation Craft provides a warrantee on all products. We do not sell any equipment without a warrantee. Read our warrantee statements below.
The Competition ?
Some manufacturers make the warrantee an option. If the customer notices that the proposal or specification lacks a warrantee and then brings up that issue, then a warrantee may or may not be offered, and possibly at additional cost.
Furthermore, the warrantee may only apply to the purchaser, which in many cases is the contractor. Property owners may be unable to get the contractor to respond, and the warrantee may not apply directly to the final owners of the equipment.
The Irrigation Craft warrantee system offers the following advantages.

The warrantee is provided both to the original purchaser, and to the final owner of an Irrigation Craft product. Some manufacturers offer a warrantee only to the purchaser of the equipment, which is often not the final owners but a contractor. Since the contractors may have to pay extra for the warrantee, they often take their chances by going without a warrantee. |

Irrigation Craft dealers are close to the customer and sensitive to their needs. A dealer wants to satisfy the customer and keep their service business for years to come. The Dealer makes money doing warrantee work because Irrigation Craft pays the bill. This profit motivates the Dealer to serve the customer well. |
| The Dealer becomes a referee between the customer and Irrigation Craft. The Dealer is in a balanced position to make accurate decisions because the dealer will make money regardless if the customer pays or Irrigation Craft pays. |
| Irrigation Craft is highly motivated to make a quality product to keep warrantee costs down. |
| The customer has a choice of Dealers. If one Dealer does not please the customer, another Dealer is available. |
| Irrigation Craft dealers are free to purchase repair parts anywhere they choose, dealers are not required to, nor are they obligated in any way, to purchase from Irrigation Craft. This motivates Irrigation Craft to keep parts cost reasonable and competitive so that the dealers remain competitive and profitable. |
The Competition ?
There may be no clean simple warrantee statements made. Inquiries may be required and project specifics may be requested before any statement of warrantee is made, if at all.
How are Specifiers to respond when there is not a clear and declared warrantee statement by the manufacturer? Is the warrantee different on each project? Warrantee specifications in project plans and specifications only apply to the contractor, not the product manufacturers. If however the manufacturer publishes a clear warrantee statement (such as Irrigation Craft does) then everyone is protected.
Irrigation Craft Warrantee
Products Sold Within Continental United States
Irrigation Craft warrantees all products to be free of defects for a period of thirteen (13) months from the date of shipment leaving Irrigation Craft facilities. This warrantee covers both labor and materials to replace or correct defective materials except those defects caused by failure to maintain the equipment, vandalism, abuse, and natural disasters including, but not limited to: lightning, high winds, flooding, and hurricane. This warrantee is made to the original purchaser and to the final owner of the equipment. This warrantee excludes all consequential damages arising from use of Irrigation Craft products or services. No other warrantees apply, express or implied.
Irrigation Craft Warrantee
Products Sold Outside Continental United States
Irrigation Craft warrantees all products for a period of fourteen (14) months, from the date of shipment leaving Irrigation Craft facilities. This warrantee covers replacement of defective materials, except those defects in materials caused by failure to maintain the equipment, vandalism, abuse, and natural disasters including, but not limited to: lightning, high winds, flooding, and hurricane. This warrantee covers material replacement only. The following are not included in this warrantee: Labor, Work Permits, Travel Expenses, and Shipping Costs. This warrantee is made to the original purchaser and to the final owner of the equipment. This warrantee excludes all consequential damages arising from use of Irrigation Craft products or services. No other warrantees apply, express or implied.
